SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship your items with free standard shipping. It may take 5 to 7 business days depending where you live in the United States or longer for natural disaster areas.

If you need a product by expedite shipping, customer will pay shipping charges. 

Pre-orders are offered to you before the product comes to Creek West Treasure LLC. Customer card will be charged at reserving your pre-order item. This allows for you to get your size before it hits the store. If a product is coming out within 2 weeks or 1 month and you place your order. We will standard ship the pre-order out as soon as we receive it in our store. We will also notify you periodically about the pre-order item as when it shipped from the vendor to our store.

We only Ship in the United States of America at this time.
